CMS RFP INFORMATION
December 2, 2022 - Due to a known issue with the email system, the Court is extending the deadline for the receipt of proposals for the CMS system to Friday, December 9, 2022, 4pm central time. Proposals should not be sent electronically. All proposals should be submitted via hard copy to: Office of the Judicial Administrator, First and Second City Courts of New Orleans, 421 Loyola Ave. Room 320. New Orleans, LA 70112.
Request for Proposals
The First and Second City Courts of New Orleans invite qualified vendors to submit proposals for replacement of the current Case Management System (CMS) used by the Clerks of Court of First and Second City Court. All proposals must be submitted by 4:00pm on Friday, December 2, 2022 to the Orleans Parish Civil District Court, 421 Loyola Ave. Ste. 320, New Orleans, LA 70112. Proposals submitted after the deadline time and date will not be accepted. Electronic submittals will also be accepted at RFPCMS@orleanscdc.com
